This video was made 8 years ago. Has technology advanced since this was made, or would a sliding genioplasty still be advised? I am booked in with a surgeon in Turkey to have liposuction and a mid face lift in November, but i know that it will not solve my aesthetic problem. Wouldn't a verticle chin implant pull the chin downwards, therefore decreasing the fold between the bottom lip and chin?

I would love to go see him. I wonder what the average cost is for his facelift procedure. I live in Florida.

How it be done on upper too but I can see she just had a blep. I wonder if this laser can be used on Asian olive skin though for fear of hyperpigmentation, although eyelids should not have too much melanin in them right? I hope to see the after pictures soon :)

Hello, I want to ask, can osteomas grow outwards and grow inwards? And is osteoma surgery high risk?

Struggled with recurring cheilitis- I've switched toothpastes, taken vitamins, used antibacterial and antifungal topicals, and STILL it keeps coming back. I have a fuller bottom lip, while my top lip is very thin/non-existent on the outer 1/3's (my upper lip looks kind of like the live-action Queen of Hearts). I often feel saliva seeping in the corners/folds of my mouth. Would filler in the actual lip (the outer 1/3's that are not visible) have any effect?

Some of the cases I have seen have a recessed mandible, narrow upper arch and could benefit from MMA surgery. Do you assess the patient for airway issues and refer them to an ENT and oral surgeon? Sometimes looking older has a lot to do with maxilla and mandible face structure deformities.
